Cook with Fungi—Mushroom Culinary Workshop
Join us for a flavorful, hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to prepare and cook mushrooms like a pro! Instructor Hong Hoang will guide participants through the basics of mushroom cleaning and preparation, followed by a live cooking demonstration of one of her favorite recipes.
You’ll enjoy a delicious tasting during the class and go home with a copy of the recipe to recreate it in your own kitchen. Whether you're new to mushrooms or a forest-to-table foodie, this workshop will inspire your next meal!
