Mushroom Tinctures Made Simple
Have you ever wondered how to make your own medicinal mushroom extract? In this class, you’ll learn a straightforward method for creating double-extracted mushroom tinctures that can easily be made at home. Each participant will leave with a started Reishi mushroom tincture, plus the knowledge to continue the process on their own.
 
We’ll also explore more advanced extraction techniques to deepen your understanding, and take a brief look at commonly used medicinal mushrooms and their benefits.
