Vendor Space – Quinault Rainforest Mushroom Festival 2025

Secure your space at the 2025 Quinault Rainforest Mushroom Festival! Choose from the following vendor options:
Indoor Booth Space – 8' x 8' space in the vendor market (must provide your own table and chairs).
Indoor Table Space – Space for one 6 ft table (approx. 6' x 5'); table and chairs not provided.
Outdoor Booth Space – 10' x 10' area; vendors must provide their own canopy, table, and chairs.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific placement, they are not guaranteed. Vendors purchasing two spaces of the same type (e.g., two indoor booths or two outdoor spaces) will have their booths placed adjacent to one another.

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for vendor cancellations. However, if the festival is canceled or we are unable to accommodate your booth for any reason, your vendor fee will be fully refunded.
Please note: This purchase is not for a physical item and nothing will be shipped to you. By purchasing this vendor space, you are reserving your spot at the 2025 Quinault Rainforest Mushroom Festival, taking place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 9 AM to 5 PM in Quinault, WA.
All event details and setup instructions will be sent to you via email after your application has been accepted and your payment is received.
